Coming Out

Friday, September 18, 2009

This is long overdue. Why has Svenn has waited so long to come out? Maybe he was scared of what others would think; would they look at him differently? Maybe he feared never being able to walk through his beloved Stormwind again; could he stand up to life as an exile? Maybe he thought he would lose his credibility; what would his guild mates think? Whatever the reasons, Svenn can no longer live a lie. It is time to come clean and hope that in this new and enlightened age of faction transfers he will still be accepted.

For several months now; during raids, heroic runs, and even *gasp* the occasional battleground, Svenn has been drinking the juice of traitors. That's right, having tried them both, Svenn infinitely prefers the Horde flavor of Mountain Dew's promotional Game Fuel over the Alliance crap. It's citrusy flavor is in every way superior to the blueberry fruit punchy Alliance stuff. While he is sure that Horde Soda is made from the tears of Ally Holy Priests- gathered by Undead Rogues in BGs, and that the simple act of drinking it will condemn his soul, he drinks it anyways. Svenn revels in the 'sacriliciousness' of it, and will no longer hide his shameful addiction from the world, but rather embrace it and move forward into the light of the new world order.

What fuels your game?

I hate to say it, but I prefer the Citrus Cherry flavor over the other drink. In an unbalanced comparison I conducted for myself: I drank one can of alliance vomit and thought I'd never try this stuff again. A friend brought over a case of the Horde Nectar and I noticed that I could drink 3-4 Horde to 1 alliance. Therefore I prefer the Horde Game Fuel at least 3.5:1.

I like the greater than sign you put in the middle of the picture.

But I don't like either one. I am not a mountain dew kind of girl.
